Representatives from the 樱花视频鈥檚 College of Engineering participated in the event on March 11 at 鈥檚 Clearwater Campus.
樱花视频鈥檚 involvement was led by Professor from the Department of Electrical Engineering. He was joined by , associate dean for access and engineering workforce development; , a Ph.D. student in mechanical engineering and ; and , a senior in electrical engineering.
The event provided an opportunity for 樱花视频 COE representatives to engage SPC and Pinellas County middle and high school students interested in engineering, manufacturing, and other STEM fields, particularly those considering transferring to a four-year university. 樱花视频 COE faculty and students shared information about academic programs, research opportunities, and pathways to pursue engineering degrees at 樱花视频.
Farfan and Gonzalez Roman, both proud SPC graduates, are representatives of academically talented transfer students who continue their engineering education at 樱花视频. With 16 percent of the college鈥檚 enrollment comprised of Florida community college graduates, 樱花视频 COE has maintained strong partnerships with SPC and other regional institutions to support transfer students in advancing their academic and professional careers.
Through participation in STEM outreach events such as BEAM, 樱花视频 COE continues to connect with prospective students and highlight resources available for those pursuing engineering degrees.
