- Provide you with videos and job aids to support your training responsibilities
- Facilitate regularly scheduled training support meetings and workshops
- Equip you with skills, tools, and resources needed to successfully deliver and manage your training

樱花视频 Employee Learning
樱花视频 Employee Learning (UEL) is the Central HR Canvas instance for 樱花视频 employee training and development. To access UEL, log into My樱花视频 and click on the 鈥淓mployee Training鈥� tile. You can also find 鈥溣；ㄊ悠� Employee Learning鈥� under 鈥淢y Resources鈥� in the My樱花视频 portal.
GEMS
Please note that GEMS provides 樱花视频's official record of training completions. All required employee training should be entered and tracked in GEMS. To request that a new course be created in GEMS, please use this online
